With Gusto Quality Control Software, divided into two main parts as a Mobile Application and a Management Panel, you can manage your company anytime, anywhere!

Key functionalities available in the Management Panel:

• Creating user accounts for personnel who will use the Mobile Application

• Creating checklists, along with main sections, subsections, and their content; grouping main sections based on product type

• Defining data types according to the type of response required for each item (checkbox, numeric, alphanumeric, etc.)

• Requesting visuals (photos) and activating the device camera after entering key data (e.g., serial numbers)

• Defining nominal values that will appear ready when checklists are called in the mobile application

• Allowing "conditional passage" for sections that cannot be completed during the control process within specific checklists

• Requesting video uploads upon checklist completion

• Adding English translations for all texts

• Setting start and delivery dates for newly created checklists

• Assigning checklists to specific users or publishing them publicly

• Generating summary tables in A5 label format for completed checklists

• Listing active checklists by date, status, and assigned personnel

• Listing reports for completed and archived checklists

• Generating monthly graphical reports for archived checklists

• Exporting all checklist contents, list and graphical reports in Excel® and PDF formats

Key functionalities available to users on the Mobile Application:

• Listing checklists assigned to them or publicly available ones

• Starting checklist controls, utilizing conditional passage where permitted, and saving progress to continue later

• Preventing users from editing completed records

• Capturing photos and videos directly within the application and associating them with the relevant records

• Uploading external Word® or PDF files related to the checklist record from the device

General Features:

• Completed checklists can be saved in the desired format and printed directly from within the system

• Results can be emailed to specified addresses directly from within the system

• The Mobile Application interface content can be displayed in both Turkish and English; emailed files will be generated in English

• Full control over completed records will be managed through the Management Panel, including the authority to make changes or allow users to re-edit

• To mitigate the risk of weak connectivity, the Mobile Application will operate offline and store data locally. When a stable internet connection is available, the user can manually initiate data transfer from within the application.
